First Response Finance (FRF) is a leading car finance company in the UK that prides itself on putting customers first in everything it does.

FRF partnered with Mediaworks with the goal of growing brand awareness and using a combination of paid search, PMAX and digital PR, we’ve been able to increase FRF’s visibility and online presence.

We think

Past scandals in the car finance industry have had a damaging impact on consumer trust. So, it was essential for us to build trust in First Response Finance, positioning the brand as a reliable, trustworthy and transparent lender.

To do this, we needed to develop a strategy that would allow us to speak to our audience in a way that matters to them, offering advice and demystifying what is a very complex topic.

We also analysed current industry trends, using these insights to develop a PR strategy where we could tailor content to our audience.

We led this PR and paid campaign with thought-leading and market-led content including support, advice and jargon busters that would shape conversations in key topic areas and inspire our audiences. All with the goal of increasing visibility and trust in First Response Finance as a voice of authority in the realm of car finance.
